I was told in the shop my CD would arrive in two days ! Here I am still waiting a week later. Not good enough to make me want to use this service again.

My order was dispatched 2 weeks ago for click and collect and still no sign of it. Pricey products, definitely wouldn’t use this service again. Disappointing. Will ring store soon as getting worried now. Was told to wait for confirmation to say it’s in store

Product arrived unable to connect wireless headphones to device, not an isolated incident tried a few devices. Looked at return policy and said despite having ordered them online I had to return them to the store they were purchased in, which gives me 2 problems firstly where on earth is there a hmv store certainly isn't one I can get too hence ordering them online. Secondly how on earth am I supposed to know which store they came from? 20 pound down the drain for a product that simply doesn't work. Not happy

Am very pleased with the way my pre-order was issued. Get email when my good will be despatched and delivered. I will definitely keep ordering from this. 5 *

Pre orderd a t shirt over 3 weeks ago for click and collect, it a was dispatched 2 weeks ago. apparently it’s lost in transit and now I’ve emailed HMV so I’m just waiting to see if I get my money back. Why do I have to fill out forms you can clearly see your end the store hasn’t even received my parcel. Just give me my money back.

Never have had any problems with ordering from HMV

Get a lot of my pre orders from HMV the never let me down. it's always turned up on the day that it's supposed to.item has never gone missing in the post what more can you ask for. 1-minute pic if it does not turn up on the right day you have to wait 15 days for you can report it missing bit weird but touch wood it's never happened.
